Pathways program

The Pathways Program is how Toastmasters International grows its members. Intead of just doing the same old speeches over and over, every member gets to choose their own “Path”. These Paths differ based on interest and offer increasingly challenging speeches and projects as they progress.

The Pathways Program also offers a massive resource library about communication and leadership on its online platform, which in addition to our club’s resources, makes for a powerful combination.

Executive team & leadership

If just practicing your communication isn’t enough for you, there’s an entire branch of Toastmasters dedicated to learning leadership skills. Our club has an active executive team that runs the club and looks after its members.

Each executive role has a different area of expertise (education, members, finances, public relations, etc.) and many members try out several of these roles during their time with our club.

For the hardcore Toastmasters, we also have Area- and Division-level '“Directors” would help lead clubs throughout the city or province. The growth possibilities are (pretty much) endless for anyone motivated enough!

More than just weekly meetings!

Apart from each week’s lively meeting, you’ll get to take part in much more, including…

…speaking contests, with the chance to go all the way to the international stage (2014’s winners on the left).

…social events, including our Christmas party and Summer BBQ, and more.

…conferences across Ontario and Quebec, where you can meet other Toastmasters and hear great speakers.
